May 4, 2005
Dear Exhibitor:
The California Association for Postsecondary Education and Disability (CAPED) offers you a unique occasion for marketing and networking your product or services to over 425 disability specialists serving students in colleges in universities across California at its 30th Annual Convention at the Rancho Las Palmas Marriott Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA October 10 – 11, 2005.
CAPED has spent many years fine-tuning the convention program to provide the top experts and specialists in the latest in research, services, and information related to functional limitations in an educational and pre-professional setting. The 2005 convention theme, Creating an Oasis-Innovations through Collaboration and Coordination, is yet another example of comprehensive and innovative programming to meet the needs of higher education professionals working in the fields of disabilities.
For this year’s convention, the Exhibitor’s Hall has over 5,000 square feet for Exhibitors, continental breakfast, and the CAPED Silent auction. The program committee has designated exhibitor time on Monday afternoon. The session meeting rooms are all located in the central area of the Exhibitor Hall. We will continue Exhibitor Bingo again this year allowing attendees to win two pairs of tickets to California amusement parks. Review the exhibitor application and consider the combination packages for added savings.
Please complete the exhibitor application and return it to Joe Reynolds at Riverside Community College (the address is on the application). I look forward to seeing you at this year’s convention and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any question.
Sincerely,
Joe Reynolds
