California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB) is recruiting for a full time, 12 month per year Office Manager/Accommodations Assistant. This Administrative Support Coordinator II performs a range of fiscal duties and supervises reception and student assistants. Here is a great opportunity to develop Student Disability Resources and help implement the bold vision of our young university. The actual starting salary range is $3074-$3449 per month or $36,888-$41,388/year, depending upon experience, plus excellent benefits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Equivalent to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience which has involved supporting, monitoring, coordinating clerical work through a system of internal procedures and internal controls to ensure the efficient operation of an organization and demonstrated knowledge and abilities. Prospective applicants who have not had the experience listed may substitute other evidence of meeting the above qualifications for up to two years of the required experience.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS REQUIRED:

Thorough knowledge of office systems and expertise using a broad range of technology systems and packages including word processing, spreadsheet and database. Exceptional customer service skills. Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong commitment to serving students from diverse backgrounds as well as promoting student independence, responsibility and wellness.
