EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The Exhibit Area will be centrally located in the Atrium Mezzanine of the beautiful downtown San Francisco Parc 55 Hotel. The Exhibit Area will be centrally located to the convention registration, the CAPED Silent Auction, and the continental breakfast serving area on both mornings. All convention session rooms are located within the general area to increase attendee foot traffic within the Exhibit Area.
Each Exhibit Hall Space includes:
One draped 6’ table
2 chairs
Electrical outlet (if requested)
One set of Convention materials (alternate format available upon request)

Name Badges
Convention name badges will be available upon check-in with the Exhibitor Coordinator on Wednesday, Oct. 8, beginning at 7:30 AM in the Exhibitor Area.
Exhibit Hall Dates
Two full days planned for Exhibitors - Oct. 8 & 9, 2008 .
ADA Accessibility
Exhibitors will be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act in all offerings of public information and services during the conference. Please ensure that all videos displayed are closed captioned.
Security
A professional security guard will patrol the Exhibit Area after regular convention hours on Wednesday, Oct. 8. As a precautionary measure, it is strongly recommended that laptops and small electronic equipment be removed from the Exhibit Area at the close of exhibit hours Wednesday evening.
Shipping and Storage
Materials / equipment shipped to the hotel prior to the convention should be addressed using a specific shipping label prepared by the hotel. Please read the Hotel shipping form for more information regarding the hotel’s shipping regulations.

Parking Additional information is forthcoming about parking at the hotel for the convention.
Cancellation Policy No refund shall be made to any exhibitor who cancels the contracted exhibit space after August 29, 2008 . Further, no refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails, for any reason, to occupy the space reserved. Payment minus the $100.00 processing fee, will be refunded upon a written request for cancellation relieved by the Exhibitor Coordinator before 4:00 PST on August 29, 2008 . In the unlikely event that the Convention is canceled by CAPED, all fees shall be promptly returned to exhibitors.
